
Assignment: Identify a pipeline of non-electrified sites within Zambia which have great potential for off-grid electrification using geospatial analysis.
Context: Standard Microgrid Initiatives Limited (“SMZ”) intended to deploy 150 solar photovoltaic with battery storage microgrid units in Zambia.
The objective of this feasibility study is to provide the Grantee with the analyses of necessary environmental, regulatory and economic, and site assessments to support the deployment of 150 solar photovoltaic microgrid units with battery storage in Zambia.
