
Assignment: Data gathering (reports, GIS-info, topographic maps, statistics, hydrological data, etc.), logistics, assist with site identification and site visits, monitoring, and maintenance of 10 gauging stations, sourcing of local subcontractors, local stakeholders engagement.
Context: The ESMAP project is an international initiative to increase renewable energy uptake across the world through the provision of decision-making tools. The aim of the project is to study the potential of the country in terms of small hydropower. The project is divided into 2 main phases: phase 1 is a desk-based study, using hydropower detection software and previous studies analysis. Phase 2 is on-field visits and investigations.
